Is there a free trial available?

Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial on our Basic plan. We also have a freemium plan with essential features for developers and indie projects that you can use indefinitely at no cost.

Account & Billing Questions

How can I change my subscription plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings > Billing. Changes to a higher-tier plan take effect immediately, while downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings > Billing. After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then automatically downgrade to the free plan.

What browsers does BugPinger support?
